St. Patrick's Day Party Ideas

One of my favorite St. Patrick's Day projects over the years has to be my Leprechaun Marshmallow Pops . Not only were they easy to make, but they taste good as well.

My favorite way to display my leprechaun pops is in the Pot of Gold I made with a cauldron from Halloween, and some Dollar Tree craft items.  If you do not have one already available, I found this one on Amazon.

Isn't this a cute way to display the pops for a St. Patrick's Day party?!

A fun St. Patrick's Day favor box are these Leprechaun Treat Boxes  made from cardboard tubes, paper, and a little bit of paint.  I filled the with "gold candy".

Lucky Cupcakes served in plastic Leprechaun Hat are a fun festive dessert that is perfect for a party.

Looking for some party games?  I have two St. Patrick's Day hunts in my Etsy Shop.  In this one, the clues lead you to find the Pot of Gold,

In this St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun Hunt you actually search for three leprechauns, which is a lot of fun.

Do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day?

Since I have a bit of a hectic schedule this week, I thought it would be fun to reshare an oldie, but goodie.  I really love my little leprechaun pops, and I know they are new to many of my new followers.

How to catch a leprechaun..

I was just thinking about St. Patrick's Day last night.    When my kids were little (and even when I was little)  they loved to look for leprechauns.      My son even made a leprechaun trap in kindergarten in hopes of catching one.  He didn't, those little guys are FAST!    When my oldest was in kindergarten she was lucky enough to have a leprechaun visit her classroom while she was out of the room at art class.   They kids were so excited to see green water in the bathroom,  a note on the white board and chocolate coins at their seats.       Family Fun has instructions on how to make a few different types of leprachaun traps to try your luck at catching one.   If you would like to see how , you can read  it here
