I had a St. Patrick's Day project planned for today. Since we had to make yet another trip to the hospital, it has been pushed back a day or two. Instead I thought I would feature this adorable lunch that I just saw on Craft Gossip. How cute is this Leprechaun lunch by Meet the Dubiens. It not only fun, but healthy enough that even the Food Police would approve.
