Coobie Bra Review and Giveaway

I really do love these bras! I got my first one in April of 2014. I currently have them in several different colors, and wear them almost exclusively.  There are many reasons why they are my favorite got to bra.  They are seamless, and very comfortable, and I am all about comfort. Because they fit like a sports bra, I feel supported no matter what I am doing.  When it is time to clean them, they have removable pads for easy washing.  They come is two sizes, so you do not have to worry about choosing the just the  right size.  One size fits 32A-36D.  This is the size I own, which you can see in the picture above.  I tend to vary on size a little bit depending on my weight, and it has always fit.  Full size fits 32A-42DD. Coobie Seamless Bra Review and Giveaway

Recently I shared about a great post on how to get 25% off the Coobie Seamless Bra.  They claim to be the most comfortable bra, and you know what, they are!  I was sent a new bra for this review, and have some exciting new for my readers at the end of this post. All opinions in this post are 100% mine.  

There are several different styles of the Coobie Seamless Bra, the scoop neck (pictured), the v neck, the comfort bra, the nursing bra, and the lace bralette, and more.  My own personal favorite is the scoop neck.  I had no idea what color I was going to receive to review, so I was very excited to see it was one of my favorite colors.  They are 70+ color and patterns available, so there many, many choices to choose from.

The straps are adjustable for different body types, and the pads are removable when washing. You can see in the picture above a small slit on the side where the pads can easily be taken out and put back in.  This is a great feature to have because it keeps the pads in great shape.

Hallmark Fabulous Friends Gifts and Giveaway

Recently I received a box of fun mail. I opened the box to find items from the Fabulous Friends Collection from Hallmark.   I have been blessed with many wonderful friends, and I could not wait to go through the items and share them with the good friends in my life.

I belong to two life groups at my church.  You may wonder why I am in two, but I am sure you will understand when I say that there were so many wonderful people in both, I could not pick just one.  These two smiling women are Sheralee and Sherry. We recently went to lunch and spent hours just talking and encouraging each other.  I spent a lot of time with them this summer, and know I can count on them both.    

The gift I chose for them from this collection are these beautiful Signature Pineapple Cards. They are have pretty gold shimmer and are blank, so they are perfect for writing a personal note to a friend that means lot to you. 

This is my friend Ann. She has become like a sister to me in the past year  She lives very close by, so we have spent a lot of time walking and talking in the evenings. She has been through more than pretty much anyone I know, but yet still has joy.  She is one of the strongest people I know. The gift for her was easy to pick out.  I gave her the Never Quit (unless you want to) Journal.. She loves taking notes during church service, and I want her to remember I will always have her back. It is lined and just the right size to throw in her bag and take with her. 

Donna is my oldest friend. Not in age, (I am older than her by 10 months) but in how long we have been friends.  We meet in college many, many years ago. We were in each others weddings, pregnant at the same time, and have gone through life together.  She is also  like a sister to me.   I wish I could see her more often as we now live in different states.  

The perfect give for her from the collection would be the Crafters & Co Orange Amber Scented Soap. It has a really nice scent, and pretty label that would look good by  any sink. 

This is my friend Rhonda.  She has been on the blog with me before.  She is also like a sister to me  She is a couple of years older, and truly acts like my big sister always looking out for me.  We have been friends for many years now, and our kids have grown up together. 

She is a nurse and at times the days can be very stressful. I gave her this Keep Your Friends Close and your Wine Closer Frame to put in her kitchen.  When she looks at the frame she will remember she has good friends thinking about her.

The last item in the collection is this Pretty Witty Happy Pillow. It is bright, colorful, and has fun poms attached to each corner.  I currently have it sitting on my bed. When I look at it, it makes me feel happy, and reminds me how wonderfully blessed I am to have such great friends.

Dial Miracle Oil Body Wash Review and Giveaway

The Dial  brand provided me with a sample of this body wash in exchange for a review.  All opinions are 100% my own. 

I was recently given the chance to try Dial Miracle Oil Body Wash because I am a Purex Insider. I was pretty excited about it. because I have very dry skin that seems to get worse in the winter. There were two things about this particular body that I wanted to find out more about.  The bottle said infused with with Marula oil for beautiful soft skin, and refreshing body wash. Since I want beautiful, soft, restored skin, I could not wait to try it.  

The first thing that I noticed was the scent. It smelled really good. I can not quite describe it exactly, it is kind of sweet, and kind of like citrus.  It is not overpowering,  which is a good thing because one of my kids has a scent allergy. The scent does not seem to bother her at all.  

While I was using the body wash, it really did feel like it was moisturizing my skin.  Hours later, my skin still feels soft and healthy.  I think I just found my new favorite body wash!

The New Purex Powershot Laundry Detergent Review and Giveaway

As a Purex Insider blogger, I get the chance to try new Purex products from time to time.  I was super excited to see that I was chosen to try to the New Purex PowerShot Detergent. Having three teenagers, we do A LOT of laundry.  In fact, our laundry is never ending. 

The bottle is not like anything I had ever seen before. The top of the bottle had a flip cap, and there was a section that was filled with detergent.   

I have to admit, even after reading the instructions I was still a little bit confused on what to do. I know it is obvious in the pictures, but flipping the entire bottle completely over did not feel natural.  The first time I used it, I tipped the bottle, but I was not sure if the right amount came out because I was not holding it upside down.  The second load felt a little easier, but I was still not 100% sure I did it right.  The third time, it felt more natural to flip completely over, and the detergent stopped at the exact amount.  Once I saw how easy it really was to use, I felt a little silly that it took me three tries to get it right.   

The PowerShot dose cup, is actually really cool. When you use a dose, it automatically refills to exact amount, and the detergent stays in the cup until you are ready to use it.  This detergent will definitely change the way you currently do laundry.

Totinos Taste Test and Giveaway

We were recently given the chance to try the new flavors of Totinos Pizza Rolls.  Have you seen them in your stores yet? We finally saw them in ours a few weeks ago.  The new Pizzeria flavors are  Chicken Parmesan, Cheesy Garlic and Meatball Marinara. 

I had three willing participants to try them out.   My kids love pizza rolls and they  disappear quickly in our house. 

Before we had the taste test,  I had the kids chose what they thought their favorite flavor would be.  Kyle chose Meatball Marinara, and the girls both picked Cheesy Garlic.

Woolzies Dryer Balls Review and Giveaway

I recently had the opportunity to try out Woolzie Dryer Balls.  I have to admit laundry has never been one of my favorite things to do, and with two teens and a preteen in the house the job is never ending. I had never heard of a dryer ball before trying this product.  When I received a long package on my porch, I really had no idea on what to expect.  

I have been using the dryer balls for about 6 to 8 weeks, now, and in that time I have grown to really love them. The balls have held up, and work just as well today as they did when I first got them. 

I have noticed that my clothes dry much faster, and there has been very little static.  They contain no chemicals like dryer sheets do, which is good for those in my family  with sensitive skin. I thought they would be noisy bouncing around in the dryer, but I rarely hear anything.  

The only complaint I had at first was the dryer balls would hide out in my clothes, and escape the dryer.  Now that I have been using them for awhile, I find that this only happens occasionally. I guess I had to get used to them being in the dryer, and now know how to remove only the clothes and not the dryer balls.  

There are some other facts about Woolzie Dryer Balls that I really like.   

They are handmade
They are eco friendly
They are hypo allergenic
They last for at least 1000 loads.
Even when you do as much laundry as I do, 1000 loads is a long time!
