It's Friday night, and you know what that means..
It's time to Dare to Share!
Happy Friday!
Last weekend on the way back from Michigan, we stopped by a county fair. We had been to this fair exactly 5 years before. We ended up taking a picture in the same spot we did on our last visit, while listening to a band that was playing 80s music. We also saw one of our classmates there who graduated with us in the 80s.
Each week I play trivia at a nearby restaurant with a good friend of mine, and D when he is able to go with us. Over the summer the winners of each round win tickets to our local minor league baseball games. This week we won tickets for tonight's game. It was a beautiful night, and we won by several points. Near the stadium is a pizza place that sells different kinds of pizza by the slice. One of the choices this week was this chicken and fries pizza. My friend ordered it, and said it was really good. I was going to post some pictures from the game, but it turns out I took videos and very few photos.
Now that it is September, I am starting to decorate for Halloween. It has been so hot (in the 90s) this week, which has made it difficult to be outside for more than a couple minutes. I have not done much outside yet. My grandbaby still likes to play in the cardboard play house I made her last year. We have been decorating it for all the holidays. This week she helped me change it over to Halloween. It is not finished yet, but she loved the stickers and spider craft kit I bought from Dollar Tree. She also loves the squirrel stacking pumpkins. She enjoys taking the squirrel off of the stack so she can play with it. The stacking set is really cute and only $5.
Over in my shop in Etsy, I have been adding more Halloween items like these cute treat cards. I have so many items I want to add, and not a lot of time to add them. Halloween is definitely one of my favorite holidays.
Here is a throw back to a fun Halloween DIY I made a few years ago. That year my Halloween theme was ghosts and I made these cute Ghost Dogs that resemble my dogs. We got a lot of nice comments on them from the trick or treaters. You can see what you need to make them on this post here.

Thank you for hosting. Looks like you had a great time at the fair. Comments weren't working earlier. So I came back and yay looks like everything is working again. 😊
