Dollar Store Goodies

I am in the process of creating something new for a guest post.   I had a few ideas in my head but wanted to go to the dollar store to see if they had anything I could use for fall/Halloween themed projects.   Today was my lucky day!

One of my ideas will be using these carveable pumpkins.   I was planning to buy them for Michaels today for 50% off, but for a $1 each the Dollar Tree version will work just as well.  I am thinking about going back and buying some more.

I have some fun ideas for these frames.  I also picked up some google eyes and glue sticks.

I found some pumpkin paper laterns that would be cute for a Halloween party or Halloween decorating. Depending on the weather, I might do somthing with theme on the front  porch trick or treat night.

Do you remember my bunnytreat boxes?     I have something in mind with a fall theme.

They had lots of Halloween themed ribbon.  I love the Dollar Tree ribbon because it often has wire in it, but at a fraction of a cost of what it would be at the craft store.

I thought this candy corn dish was really cute.  I think I will fill it with candy corn.  Yum!

I also found a glass vase and a cauldron to decorate.   I am not sure exactly what I am going to do with them., but I have some ideas swirling around in my head.

I will be posting Halloween tutorials shortly~
