I just saw the cutest turtle cupcakes on the blog Sweetopia. Not only does she share an amazing recipe for the turtle flavor cupcakes, but gives step by step instructions on how to make the candy turtle toppers. This recipe looks so good, I want to eat a cupcake now.. Make sure to check out Sweetopia here
