I am posting this week's party on my computer once again.  It was quite difficult posting on my phone in the car, so hopefully I will not have to do that again.  

If you visited the party last week you saw that my technical difficult was because of PUPPIES..  well here they are  

Kind of last minute we had an appointment to meet this litter of Golden puppies. Since we had to be there by a certain time, I left before realizing that I forgot to post the party. The puppies  were all so sweet and adorable, and I was in heaven. It was very hard to choose just one. I wanted to have all of them  The one we went with though is the one on the top of the picture. 

Now though it is time for this week's party so let's get it started.

PUPPIES!!

I am on my way to Ohio to see some golden retriever puppies. I'm going to help my friend pick out his future family member. I had to get ready quickly so I forgot to post the party, and am typing from my phone. I am having trouble downloading the party button on my phone. I will take photos and update you soon. It is Saturday morning, and you know what that means.. 

It is time to Dare to Share! 

Well it looks like winter has finally hit where I live.  Are you having crazy weather too? Michigan had one of the warmest Januarys on record with only one big snowfall. (the rest was rain) Now in February, it seems that the snow won't stop falling.  We have had snow several days in a row.  It is kind of frustrating, because it is not the fun kind of snow where you have snow days, but a few inches a day where you have to clear off your car, and slip and slide to work and school. I am not a fan of snow, so I am ready for some sun and heat!

It is Saturday, and you know what that means.. 

It is time to Dare to Share! 

Things are starting to get back to normal around here. (well as normal as they can be. LOL)  Its been a couple of weeks back to work after the funeral,  my car stuff is all settled and I picked up the car on Wed.  I have been busy at work, and the everyone is getting a bit stir crazy with the winter weather. I don't think we have seen the sun here in over a week!  On the fun side of things the Super Bowl is tomorrow.  Do you have a favorite team? Are you going to have a Super Bowl party?  I am rooting for the Chiefs. It was the favorite team of my step dad, and I really like Patrick Mahomes. 

Well since I am a bit late to get this party going today, I better get it started..

Sorry I am a little late with today's party.  Last night our internet was out, and today I am busy getting car insurance.  Later this week, I am getting a new to me car from some good friends of mine.  I have a high school friend that works at an insurance agency, and another good friend who has insurance through them. The only catch I had to go to my old hometown to get it set up which is a couple of hours away.  The internet was still down when I left, and this is my first chance get on my computer with working internet.    So let's get this party started!!

It is Friday night, and you know what that means...

Thank you for all your kind comments about my dad's passing.  I am currently with my family, and we will be having a service for him tomorrow.  Thankfully my dad lived some place nice and warm, because where I live is being hit by a pretty big snow storm at the moment.  I was not sure what to expect when I got here, but the last few hours have been a lot better than I thought they would be.

I am sorry I am late posting this weekend.  I have a very good reason though.  I got word this morning that my dad had passed. He has been sick for a couple of months so it was it was not a complete shock, but still kind of a surprise.  It also happens to be the 2nd month anniversary of when my step dad passed.  I am doing okay, because I am still in the this does not feel real yet mode.  

It feels kind of weird saying my usual let's get this party started and have fun under the circumstances today. I do want to keep things as normal as possible though.

Happy New Year!!  Have you been unsure what day it was all week too? Having New Years Day and football on Wednesday I have been thinking it was Saturday for the last few days.  I also almost forgot today was Friday, and did forgot to post the party a few hours ago.   It will be back to reality again next week and waking up early once again.  After two weeks of sleeping in I am it will be a definite adjustment.

I am so thankful you understood why I was late with the part last weekend, because I did it again this week.  It's been a full, busy week again. Last weekend I saw my Buckeyes win the Big 10 championship, and went to Frankenmuth to see all the Christmas decorations. Frankenmuth is a quaint little town in Michigan where they have a gigantic Christmas store. The entire town is light up and full of Christmas spirit.  This week I was busy at school with the kids bouncing off the walls because it is almost break, and on top of that a lovely head cold.   I am now on the mend though, and ready to get this party started.

Dare to Share #392

It is Saturday morning, and you know what that means.. 

It is time to Dare to Share! 

How can it be in the middle of November already.  Wasn't it just Halloween the other day? Well depending on where you live, it may actually feel like January. We had an unexpected day off of school this week.  We were predicted to get a couple of inches of snow where we live. Instead of a couple of inches we got almost a foot.  My son had a little bit of fun with our buried car. 

This weekend we also have football on the brain.  I may be a displaced Ohio girl, and the talk everywhere I go is Michigan vs Michigan State.  We had wear your color day at school and at last night's dance.  Guess what colors I wore..  if you said Scarlet and Gray you would be correct.  LOL! I am not going to root for a Michigan team. Though I would like to see State beat Michigan, because Buckeyes are born to not like Wolverines.. :)
