I always love it when I see a recipe that puts a fun twist on a basic recipe. In the summer, one of my favorite vegetables is corn on the cob. I used pull off the husk, and boil them, until I saw the microwave trick on Pinterest. Jeannie from For What It is Worth, shared a way to roast your corn right in the oven.
