Dare to Share #45

Are you in the path of the storm?  Where I live we did get hit with some snow, but it was not too bad.  We got maybe 5 to 6 inches, and a day off school.  We love when we have snow days!  This is an old picture of my snowy yard, because I did not take one today.  In addition to being able to sleep in a bit, I got to have a late lunch with a friend.  I love days like this.

There were also some other fun things  we did this week.  Do you remember Kara's Dance that Almost Wasn't from last year? A year ago at this time  she was dealing with mono, and had to have an emergency cat scan the day of the Daddy-Daughter  dance.  Well she is going to have another chance to go this year.  We went dress shopping a few days ago, and decided to go with this cute dress from Kohls.

This week we tried another slow cooker recipe that the family really enjoyed, Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken

Kyle was also back this week with a new Cooking with Kyle that is  a great recipe for kids. He showed how to make pizza bites that were absolutely delicious.

There were also some great Features of the Day this week. Have you had a chance to see them?  If you haven't, here is another chance.

Snickers Cake by Winnish.net
Indoor Snowball by Yearning to Create
Valentine  Message Hearts by With a Blast
Lattice Hook Storage by Rain on a Tin Roof

Now it is time for this week's party.  I don't have a lot of rules, you can pretty much link up anything that you would like to share.  You do not have to follow  to link up, but I would love it if you would.  If you are chosen as a Feature of the Day, your post will be promoted on the blog, FacebookTwitter, Pinterest, and G+

Link up and Have Fun!
