"Candy" Corn

A few days ago we went to the movies, and had a big bag of  leftover popcorn.  We kept it wrapped up so it stayed fresh. I thought it might be fun to add something to it  to make it a seasonal treat.  I decided to make "candy" corn.

To give it some color, I warmed up a bag of orange candy melts. The green you see are  a few random  m&m s.  At one time I had a half of bag , but after a handful here and there,  there were not very many left.  When I threw them in, they quickly disappeared into the popcorn.

I thought it needed something else.   I remembered I had some Reeses cups in my candy stash.. I cut them up and added them to the corn,

It was starting to look really good.  Kara and I tried and oh my!  It was yummy!

I bagged some up and added a cute Halloween ribbon.  "Candy" corn would be a fun treat for Halloween or a class party.  It would be very easy to customize it with your own color preference and favorite candy.

I will be linking up "Candy" Corn at these linky parties HERE!
