It´s great you find a doctor you like a...Well done!<br />It´s great you find a doctor you like and you are losing weight.<br />There are a few free apps if you have and ipod or iphone for pedometers that you can enter your highs and many things more. I used one of them last summer and it´s quite accurated. And there is also some other that help to register what you eat and tells you the calories you are consuming, very helpful for me.
