I also thought that the chocolate covering would go really well with my attempt at Monarch butterflies.

A Chance to Win a Year's Supply of Purex Fels-Naptha

Do you have a lot of laundry at your house?  I do!  Having three teenagers in the house  means several loads of laundry each week. I currently have about 6 loads on my bedroom floor waiting to be washed.  On top of just doing regular laundry, there is always some sort of stain to treat. It seems that all three of my kids have  taken after their mom when it comes to being accident prone.  With that many accident prone people in the same house, as you can imagine there are a lot of stained clothes.

Since I have so much laundry each week, I was thrilled when I had the chance to become a Purex Insider.  As a Purex Insider, I will be sharing from time to time about Purex products and contests.   This month Purex is having a great contest for people who have a lot of stained laundry like me.   They are giving away a year's supply of Purex Fels-Naptha every day through July 23!

Purex Fels-Naptha is a laundry bar that has been removing all sorts of stains for over 100 years, and Purex wants to celebrate.   Would you like a chance to win for stain free laundry, use this link enter.  Good Luck!

A Day in Our Life with No Power

In the middle of the night Monday night, we had yet another horrible thunderstorm.  This time we had 70 mph winds that made several of my friends' phones to receive  warning alarms.  My alarm did not go off, but even if it had,  I had left my phone downstairs on the table.  The storm was loud enough to wake me up anyway.
