Warm Cheesy Bacon Dip

a recipe for a warm cheesy bacon dip

I  recently came across this recipe for Cheesy Bacon Dip while looking for coupons on Hormel.com.  It looked so good, that I wanted to give it a try.  The two words that caught my attention with this dip.. Cheese and Bacon!

This dip is very easy and quick to make.. All you need is four ingredients..  a 16 oz container of sour cream, a brick of cream cheese, 2 cups of cheddar cheese and 3 ozs of bacon.

Mix the ingredients  all together, and place the mixture  in a 2 quart baking dish.  The recipe says to cover, but I forgot to do that part.  I did, however, add a little more cheese on top.   Bake in a 400 degree preheated  oven for 25-30 minutes.

When it comes out of the oven,  you can see it's cheesy deliciousness!  I did allow it to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. This dip would be really good to be served with chips, crackers, bread, and vegetables. It would be good on just about everything!   We tried it with guacamole tortilla chips from Aldi, and carrots.

The consensus from the family..   a big thumbs up.  They all really loved this dip, and I did too.
