I'm sure you've all heard about Google+ by now, right? If not you NEED to! It's Pinterest meets Facebook and then so much better! Google+ is not only a great way to keep up with your favorite foodies, diyers and crafters, but it also has SEO benefits for you. Yep, even for the brand new blogger. The best part is that today you're going to have a chance to add some fabulous people to your circles and if you're new, not to worry because we're going to provide you with tons of tutorials. You'll want to continue to find new people to add to your circle so that today is just a jumping off point. How to Grow Your G+ Following Alright, now you're ready to grow your circles and find some fabulous people to follow. In order to join in make sure to follow the rules. This isn't Facebook so please make sure you read the rules before joining in. 1. You MUST add the co-hosts to one of your circles. 2. You need to link up your Google+ url to your profile so that people will know what circle to put you into (foodie, crafter, diyer, etc.). 3. Do NOT leave a comment on someone's post within Google+ letting them know that you're following them and would they please follow you back. If you want them to add you, leave them a sweet comment about their post and leave it at that. 4. Use the hashtag #growyourgoogleplus and share one of your favorite posts new or old. Be sure to check the hashtag and leave some comment love and +1's on those posts. 5. Have FUN and mingle! The hop will be open all week so be sure to stop back and see if there are any late entrants.
